The Site describes the staffing, training, marketing, technology, and consulting services we provide to law firms. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Descriptions of Services on the Site are not offers or guarantees; the scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Site;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable services agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Law Ops Forge regarding the Site.
